IEEE or IEEE-CS, Reengineering Forum (REF), Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (URJC), Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM). The CSMR registration package includes:
CSMR 2010 registration is handled by our organizing sponsor, the Reengineering Forum industry association ('REF'). Payment through PayPal
If, for any reason, a credit card charge cannot be placed directly in EUR, it will be placed in U.S. Dollars (USD) at the equivalent USD/EUR conversion rate on the day the charge is placed by REF. This should result in a reasonably accurate, but probably not exact, charge to your credit card statement in EUR for the amount of your registration. If you inform us of the actual EUR card charge you receive on your statement, we will be glad to issue your formal receipt in that amount so that all the records properly match in EUR. If there is a difference of more than five percent (5%) from the published conference rate, we will gladly make an appropriate adjustment. Credit card processing now requires that you provide the Card Verification Number that is printed on your card. For Visa & MC, the Card Verification Number is printed on the back of the card in the signature area. For Amex, it is printed on the front of the card. These numbers are flat printing, not raised lettering. Examples: Visa/MC Amex Credit card charges placed by Reengineering Forum will appear on your card statement as either: -- CSMR conference. or -- "PayPal" with a reference of "Reengr Forum". Please advise whoever will review your charge statement that this item is your conference registration. (Unnecessary disputes on credit card charges cause higher fees and therefore higher registration rates.)
Registrations indicating payment by bank transfer are not final until payment is received in full. Note that payment must be received by February 25 to qualify for early registration discount. Direct questions to register@reengineer.org.
Student rate applies only to full-time undergraduate and graduate students, not otherwise employed. Proof of full-time student status, which can be a letter from your Department Chair or Thesis Advisor on university stationery, is required when requested by the conference registrar. Members and staff of these CSMR supporting organizations are eligible for the member rate: IEEE or IEEE-CS, Reengineering Forum (REF), Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (URJC), Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM). Registration fees for a full conference generally include one copy of conference materials or proceedings book, one ticket to conference meals and social events, and refreshment breaks. These items are not separately priced. Registration fees include any applicable taxes. Whichever method of payment is used, make sure you include the name of the attendee. Cancellations are subject to an administration fee of EUR 50. No refunds after Friday, March 5. Any substitution of attendees must be approved in advance by the General Chair.
