WSE 2007 - October 5-6 Web Site Evolution
Be aware that you may need a visa to enter France. Please look at the official Ministère des Affaires Etrangères website for more information. To request an invitation letter for ICSM or any of the co-located events (including WSE or SCAM), please fill in this form and email it to icsm2007@reengineer.org Please complete your registration on-line before submitting the invitation letter request. The letter cannot be issued until your registration is confirmed. Payment must be received by September 7 to qualify for early registration discount. ICSM 2007 registration is handled by our cooperating sponsor, the Reengineering Forum industry association ('REF'). Payment through PayPal
using a credit card or a PayPal account. The payment must be directed to REF's PayPal account "reengineer@reengineer.org". Note that you can pay by credit card through PayPal in EUR without providing your credit card details to ICSM, IEEE, or REF. Note that payment must be received by September 7 to qualify for early registration discount.
For security and fraud prevention, credit card charges are processed off-line within a few days after your registration is received. You will be notified by email from icsm2007@reengineer.org if there is any problem with the credit card transaction. REF will endeavor to place all ICSM credit card charges directly in Euros (EUR). If, for any reason, a credit card charge cannot be placed directly in EUR, it will be placed in U.S. Dollars (USD) at the equivalent USD/EUR conversion rate on the day the charge is placed by REF. This should result in a reasonably accurate, but probably not exact, charge to your credit card statement in EUR for the amount of your registration. If you inform us of the actual EUR card charge you receive on your statement, REF issue your formal receipt in that amount so that all the records properly match in EUR. If there is a difference of more than five percent (5%) from the published conference rate, REF will gladly make an appropriate adjustment. Credit card charges now require that you provide the Card Verification Number that is printed on your card. For Visa & MC, the Card Verification Number is printed on the back of the card in the signature area. For Amex, it is printed on the front of the card. These numbers are flat printing, not raised lettering. Examples: Visa/MC Amex Credit card charges placed by Reengineering Forum will appear on your card statement as one of: -- "PayPal" with a reference of "ICSM 2007 conference". or -- "PayPal" with a reference of "Reengr Forum". or -- "Pathbridge", possibly with REF's phone number "7812720049". Please advise whoever will review your charge statement that this item is your ICSM registration. (Unnecessary disputes on credit card charges cause higher fees and therefore higher registration rates.) Note that payment must be received by September 7 to qualify for early registration discount.
Whichever method of payment is used, make sure you include the name of the attendee. An EUR 50 handling fee will be applied to all cancelled registrations. No refunds after Saturday, September 22. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations canceled after this deadline. Any substitution of attendees must be approved in advance by the General Chair. Student rate applies only to full-time undergraduate and graduate students, not otherwise employed. Proof of full-time student status is required, which can be a letter from your department on university stationery. As a technical meeting of the field (not a trade show), all paper presenters register for the conference. Direct registration questions to: icsm2007@reengineer.org Early registration discount ended Friday, September 7, 2007. Payment had to have been RECEIVED by this date to qualify. |
