Registration fees for the full conference include one copy of conference proceedings materials, one ticket to conference meals and social events, and refreshment breaks. These items are not separately priced. Be aware that you may need a visa to enter China. To request an invitation letter for ICSM or any of the co-located events (including WSE or SCAM), please fill in this form. Please complete your registration on-line before submitting the invitation letter request. The letter cannot be issued until your registration is confirmed. Payment must be received by August 30 to qualify for early registration discount. ICSM 2008 registration is handled by our cooperating sponsor, the Reengineering Forum industry association ('REF'). Payment through PayPal
Note that you can pay by credit card through PayPal in USD without providing your credit card details to ICSM, IEEE, or REF. Note that payment must be received by August 30 to qualify for early registration discount.
For security and fraud prevention, credit card charges are processed off-line either the same day or within a few days after your registration is received. You will be notified by email from icsm2008@reengineer.org if there is any problem with the credit card transaction. Credit card charges now require that you provide the Card Verification Number (CVN) (sometimes also called CID) that is printed on your card. For Visa & MC, the Card Verification Number is printed on the back of the card in the signature area. For Amex, it is printed on the front of the card. These numbers are flat printing, not raised lettering. Examples: Visa/MC Amex Credit card charges placed by Reengineering Forum will appear on your card statement as one of: -- "PayPal" with a reference of "ICSM 2008 conference". or -- "PayPal" with a reference of "Reengr Forum". or -- "Pathbridge", possibly with REF's phone number "7812720049". Please advise whoever will review your charge statement that this item is your ICSM registration. (Unnecessary disputes on credit card charges cause higher fees and therefore higher registration rates.) Note that payment must be received by August 30 to qualify for early registration discount.
There is an extra 25 USD fee for paying by Bank Transfer to cover the cost to the non-profit conference of receiving the transfer payment. To pay for your ICSM registration by bank transfer, follow these instructions:
Note that payment must be received by August 30 to qualify for early registration discount. If your transfer will arrive after this date, the early discount does not apply. Transfer the higher amount for regular registration. Contact icsm2008@reengineer.org if you have any questions.
